Genea Visitor Management

Genea’s Touchless Visitor Management System is designed for simplicity. It is built to streamline the administration process and maximize the user experience while keeping everyone safe. Our enhanced software, complete with guest pre-registration, QR code support and Covid-19 questionnaire ensures that guests can quickly register themselves before they come on-site and safely visit anyone in the building. It gives you freedom to focus on providing the friendliest welcome and best service possible.

How does it work?

  1. Visitor Pre-Registration: Simply add guests from our mobile or web applications.
  2. Custom Questionnaire: Guest receives an invitation to check-in via mobile or web browser. You can create custom COVID-19 Health Check questions to gather the exact information you need from every guest.
  3. QR Code Issued: Once guest completes the check-in form, they will receive a QR code virtual key that can be integrated to elevators, turnstiles or any other access points you require.

Our Visitor Management platform is optimized for the modern workplace and integrated directly with our access control platform equipped with our Safe Workplace product to ensure a safe return to the office. It also integrates directly with all of Genea’s other out-of-the-box integrations such as Okta, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Meraki VMS, Destination Dispatch and much more.
