Migration Without the Mayhem
Most access control migrations don’t fail because of the technology. They stall because no one can give you a straight answer about what the process actually looks like.
This webinar is that straight answer.
Part 1 of a two-part series, this session is built for security and IT leaders evaluating a move off legacy, on-prem access control but aren’t sure the timing is right, the disruption is worth it, or the process is as manageable as vendors claim.
What we’ll cover:
- Why migrations stall and what the hesitation is actually costing you
- What the process looks like phase by phase, in plain language
- How hardware questions get resolved without a full rip and replace
- What a well-run implementation experience looks like from kickoff to go-live
- The open ecosystem advantage and what staying on a closed system is costing you today
This session will be moderated by Jessica Chadwick, Lead Product Manager at Genea, with Brandon Ford, Sales Engineer, and Mike Maxsenti, SVP of Product. Brandon brings direct field experience running access control migrations across a wide range of environments. Mike will walk through the technical side of the process from the product level. Together they bring both the ground-level reality of what migrations look like in practice and the product-level architecture behind why they work.
Part 2 of the series, coming the following month, features a real end-user walking through their own migration experience firsthand.
