The Genea team is excited to announce our new partnership with industry powerhouse Siemens. Genea enters into the partnership as a third-party solution provider in Siemens Building Technologies Division’s Connect Ecosystem. The Siemens Connect Ecosystem is designed to bring together CRE solution providers and CRE building teams who share a mission: to create seamlessly integrated and truly intelligent buildings.

“As more and more connected devices enable us to deliver on the promises of a truly intelligent building, organizations must be able to adapt quickly and advance smart building operations and performance. The Siemens Connect Ecosystem is our answer to this digital transformation, which lets us all create places perfectly designed for their purpose,” said Brad Haeberle, VP of Solutions and Service at Siemens.

The Siemens Ecosystem is designed to amass the tools, processes, training, and support necessary for third-party solutions providers to successfully create solutions that integrate seamlessly with Siemens’ robust existing platforms.

Perfectly aligned with the Ecosystem’s goals, Genea’s Overtime HVAC software solution allows tenants in multi-tenant CRE buildings request after hours air as needed, in real time, from their smartphone or computer. Our solution eliminates the need for advanced notice and pre-programming of overtime HVAC requests — increasing property efficiency, cutting labor time, and giving tenants a sense of autonomous control in their work space.

“Genea is looking forward to building on our successful track record of servicing Siemens’ buildings across the country,” says Genea VP of Sales Robert Vail. “Joining Siemens Connect Ecosystem will allow us to help more property teams deliver a modern, smart building experience for overtime HVAC fulfillment and billing to their tenants.”

Our Overtime HVAC solution complements and bolsters the ability of Siemens platforms to deliver the smart building experience to the CRE industry. While the industry itself is historically slow-to-adapt advancing technologies, initiatives like the Siemens Connect Ecosystem help buildings to stay technologically current as CRE office culture continues to grow more and more centered around on-demand convenience, advanced amenities, and flexibility for tenants.

We look forward to working alongside Siemens, and their growing network of Ecosystem collaborators, to serve the technological evolution of the Commercial Real Estate industry on a greater scale.
